What counts as a statement?
Any CSV or Excel export from a carrier portal. We also support auto-pull from 20+ major carriers so you don't have to download anything manually.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
PHI (MBI, DOB) is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a key-id-prefixed envelope for rotation. All traffic is TLS 1.3. Every read, export, and impersonation is audit-logged. BAAs with our subprocessors (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Upstash) and SOC 2 Type II are in progress — we'll confirm BAA status before any PHI is uploaded.
What if I exceed my carrier limit on LITE?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to PRO. We never cut off your access to existing data — you can always view historical statements and reports.
Do you offer refunds?
